Auction T.O.S.

✦ Auction Rules:
- Auction ends 24hrs after the last bid.
- The winner of the auction must make payment within 48hrs. If payment is not made, the character will be re-auctioned or put at a set-price on Kofi.
- Bidding and winning bids cannot be cancelled.
- Violating my TOS, backing out or not giving payment once won will get you blacklisted. Two strikes and you will be be blacklisted and no longer to bid.
- Adopts can only be used for commercial use if AB or bought with commercial use. Commercial fee may be purchased at a later date.✦ Payment Rules:
- Payments will be made through Kofi/Paypal
- 5% conversion fee will be added to the final price
- Payment must be made within 48hrs (partial payment & holds ok, no refunds)
- Please only bid if you're financially able to and are able to pay when won✦ Details:
- The winner of the auction will get PNG files with and without watermarks.
- Design can be given via Toyhouse
- No refunds will be made after purchase

-Do not copy, heavy reference, or steal my design
-Do not use my design or art for anything AI or NFT related
-Cannot use this design to support or spread negative or harmful content, design will be taken back
-You may edit or change the design but not to the point it is unrecognizable from the original design, it must still look like my design
-No refunds
-You can trade, gift, or resell (but not for more than what you paid for, price can only be increased with extra commissioned art)
-Please wait at least 2 months before reselling/trading this design
-If resold, gifted, or traded, please let me know who you gave it to

GENERAL
-I reserve the right to decline a commission I do not feel comfortable with or am not able to fulfill
-I reserve the right to post and stream the commission on my social media as well as process/WIP etc.
-If you'd like to keep the commission to be private for any reason please let me know beforehand, may be subject to an extra fee
WHAT I WILL NOT DRAW:
-NSFW.
-Gore.
-Muscular/senior characters.
-Mecha.
-Realistic art style
-Furry/MonstersPAYMENTS/REFUNDS
-Payment are upfront, no refunds after I start
-Full quoted prices will be subjected to a +9% service/processing fee, quoted price +9% = total price!
-Full refunds are ok if the commission has not been marked as WIP
-Please make sure you have the funds while commissioning me and only commission me if you're financially able toREVISIONS
-Revisions taken during sketch process
-Please state clearly what you want changed in detail for revisions
-Changes after the sketch process may be subject to additional feesDEADLINES AND DELIVERY
-Est. delivery time is usually 3~6 weeks after I start, I will let you know if there are any troubles with the deadline.
-Please state clearly if there is a hard deadline!
-Rush fee will be applied
-Rush fee starts at +50% of the totalUSE
